Ordered a rug and got sent something totally different , emailed with no response had to ring and wait on hold for 20 mins to finally speak to someone to have it picked up and what I actually ordered...

It seems the product codes on the outer packaging were incorrect and our warehouse pickers were not aware that the incorrect rug was inside. As per checking on your case, I can see that we are arranging a collection and full refund since we do not have any stock left of the rug you have chosen. Again we sincerely apologise for this and we endeavour to have this resolved soon for you.

Placed my order easy online, received it well.
When they say next day delivery it’s not always the case.
Customer service was good when having to cancel an order last minute.

I had the ultimate worst experience with this company. Paid $135 for delivery, only to be told that the couch will be left outside my apartment building because I didn't pay for PREMIUM delivery....

Hi Rachel, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the delivery service, however our website does state that The standard delivery service does not include taking the items inside, upstairs or in lifts, placement in your home or removal of packaging
* HEAVY OR OVERSIZED ITEMS: Due to the nature of the items we sell (furniture) and our customers’ requirements for low cost delivery services, we book transport services with just one person on board the vehicle. You will need to provide enough assistance on your end with carrying items from the delivery vehicle to your door. If you have ordered a particularly large and heavy item such as a sauna or wine fridge, please ensure you have at least 3 or 4 people who can assist with lifting the cartons.Premium delivery is only available in certain areas.

Good service, the online chat is not all that good. There were times when it timed out or there was no reply. The instructions were not clear and some of the translation making no sense.
