As per confirmation with the courier this is arranged for collection next week. Once we have collected the item, you will be receiving your full refund.

As per your website Order confirmation (which I have resent to you) the Estimated Delivery Date is Friday 24/07/2020 - Monday 03/08/2020. Your order is not yet overdue. As discussed on the phone, we have resent the order confirmation email that shows the Estimated dispatch dates and delivery not being overdue. You have requested that I send you a message to advise how to remove the 1 star reviews that have been left. There should be an option to re-rate/remove your feedback, however if you reply to this message stating that you are happy for your reviews to be removed, then a moderator is also able to help do so. I appreciate your fairness in the matter.
