Insight Vacations arvostelut

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and considered review. It is very encouraging to learn that the itinerary met your expectations and allowed you to experience Ireland and Northern Ireland in such depth within a single journey. We are especially pleased that the historical commentary was informative and that your questions were answered so thoroughly throughout the tour. We also appreciate your constructive suggestion regarding communication. A dedicated app for daily information and pre-trip forms is a practical idea, and we will share your feedback with the Operations Department for consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that the experience offered a perspective that differed from your expectations, and it is encouraging to know that it allowed you to tick an item off your bucket list. Your comments are greatly appreciated, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you found the service very good throughout your journey. We appreciate your suggestion of a two-night stay in Liverpool. It is understandable that a longer visit would allow more time to explore the city, and we shall share this observation with our itinerary Product Development Department so that it may inform our review of the length of stay at each destination. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you enjoyed the company of your fellow travellers, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. We appreciate your comments regarding the Optional Excursions and the choice of restaurants. It is understandable that you would have preferred a greater number of experiences to be included in the price, and that you would have welcomed higher-quality dining. We shall share these observations with our Product Development Department so that they may inform our review of the value offered by the programme and of the venues we use. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a candid review. We were sorry to learn that the journey did not meet the standard you expected of Insight Vacations, and we appreciate the care with which you explained where it fell short. Understandably, you would have wished for more time at several of the locations, rather than brief stops that felt hurried. We also note your view that a number of the Optional Excursions might more appropriately have been included in the price, that few meals were provided, and that the standard of the hotels, baggage assistance and dining seemed to decline as the tour progressed. These are important observations, and we shall share them with our Product, Operations and Quality Control Department teams so that they may inform our review of the programme and of the value it offers. We were pleased to learn that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were excellent. Thank you once again for your honest and constructive feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thorough and candid account of your experience. We were sorry to learn that the journey did not match the premium standard you expected of Insight Vacations, particularly given your previous experience of travelling with our sister brand. We were concerned to read that your Travel Director was preoccupied with other commitments and was not consistently present, and that he indicated he had little influence over room allocations. Rooms overlooking a garage or an alleyway, especially on the islands of Hvar and Korcula, are not what guests should expect from a higher-tier product, and we appreciate your observation that the hotel quality did not compare favourably with your earlier travels. We were also sorry to hear that illness spread among the group, that several guests were coughing from the first day, and that one couple were obliged to leave the tour early. Your view that earlier guidance on precautions would have been welcome is a fair one. We shall share your comments on Travel Director availability, room allocation, hotel standards and the management of illness with our Operations and Product Development Department as a matter of priority. Your practical observations about the coach are also noted, including the curtains that partially obscured the view, the absence of charging ports and the more modern shades on the airport transfer vehicle, together with your point that guests should be told in advance of the long stretches spent travelling. We were pleased that you found your Coach Driver excellent and the coach comfortable and well kept, and that the itinerary gave you a good overview of Croatia. Thank you once again for your honest and constructive feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a candid and detailed account of your experience. We were very sorry to learn that you, your daughter and other members of your family became unwell following the journey, and we hope that you are now recovering. We appreciate that falling ill, and then seeing the illness spread to loved ones at home, is distressing, and your concern for the wellbeing of the older travellers in the group is entirely understandable. We were also sorry to read that some of the hotels did not represent the value you expected, and that the replacement for the Trapp Family Lodge, which was cancelled, did not match it in standard. We shall share your comments regarding the accommodation and the management of illness among guests on the coach with our Operations Department, so that they may inform our review of how replacement hotels are selected and how health concerns are handled during a journey. We were pleased to learn that you enjoyed the farms, the autumn foliage and the countryside, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a positive impression through their commitment to making the best of every situation. Thank you once again for your honest feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and candid review. We are pleased to learn that you found the tour good overall, that the remainder of the itinerary was interesting, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver took such good care of the group. We were sorry to read of your experience in Marrakesh. A hotel where street noise prevented sleep, where the towels were worn and in short supply, and where the bathroom drains were faulty, falls short of the standard you reasonably expected of a premium operator, and your point that a courtyard room would have been more appropriate is well made. We were also sorry that the visit to the herbalist, which was not part of the agenda as you understood it, took up the time intended for free time in Jemaa el-Fna Square, and that you were left to make your own way back. We shall share these observations with our Operations and Product Development Department, so that they may inform our review of the accommodation and the arrangements for local guiding in Marrakesh. Thank you once again for your thoughtful and constructive feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and appreciative review. We are pleased to learn that the itinerary gave you a broad experience of Morocco, and that the camel ride in the Sahara at sunset, the visits to a nomad house and a cave dwelling, the souks, the Fes pottery, the hammam and the animal hospital made the journey so distinctive. It was especially encouraging to read that your Travel Director accommodated everyone's needs and wishes, that your Coach Driver handled the varied roads so capably, and that you found the hotels and food to your liking. We also appreciate your suggestion that Tangier and Chefchaouen might be included, and your observation that Chefchaouen was well worth arranging privately. We shall share this suggestion with our Product Development Department so that it may inform our future review of the route. We are grateful that this was your seventh journey with us, and your continued confidence is greatly appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.
