That said, we are genuinely sorry to hear that aspects of the tour did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that the amount of time spent on the coach, along with the fast-paced nature of the itinerary, may have felt overwhelming at times. Our tours are designed to showcase the very best of each destination in a limited amount of time, but we appreciate that for some, a more relaxed pace would be preferable. Your comments will be shared with our Product Team as we continually review how we can improve the overall experience.
We’re also sorry to learn that the optional experiences did not feel like good value and that the food provided during these was disappointing. We aim for all elements of the tour including our optional excursions to enhance the journey, and we regret that this wasn’t your experience.
