Thank you for your concise and helpful review. We appreciate your recommendation of Abu Simbel and the new Egyptian Museum, as both are among the most significant sites in the country, and your advice will be of genuine value to prospective travellers planning their own visit. We are grateful to you for taking the time to share your experience, and it would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your considered and constructive review. We are pleased that your experience was positive overall, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a favourable impression. We also note your more measured comments regarding the Local Experts, which we shall bear in mind. We are sorry that the hotel in Albi fell below the standard you would expect from us, and we appreciate your drawing this to our attention. Your observation that Paris offered limited organised activity, unless additional days were arranged independently, is equally helpful in considering how the itinerary might be improved. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we take your comments seriously as we work to improve our standards. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact us at globalguestrelations@ttc.com. We value your input.

Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted that each day offered something different, and that the unscheduled additions to the itinerary made such a favourable impression. Moments of this kind often become the most memorable part of a journey, and we appreciate your recognition of them. It would be a privilege to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and generous review. We are delighted that the tour offered an enjoyable introduction to Italian culture, history and regional cuisine away from the major tourist cities, and that the pace of the itinerary suited you. It is also encouraging to learn that the regional wines and other refreshments were so well received. We are grateful for your kind remarks regarding your Travel Director, Coach Driver and Local Guides, and we are pleased that our customer service team was able to assist you with your questions and the adjustments to your schedule. Your recommendation is sincerely appreciated, and it would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for such a detailed and generous review. We are delighted that the tour exceeded your expectations, and that the breadth of the itinerary allowed you to see so much of Italy. It is particularly encouraging to learn that the thorough organisation and historical commentary provided by your Travel Director enriched your understanding of each city, and that the Optional Excursions, with their fine wines and dinners, were so well received. We are also grateful for your kind remarks regarding your Coach Driver, whose skill on demanding roads gave you such confidence, and for your appreciation of the Local Guides. Your suggestion of a longer stay in Assisi, with a visit to an olive oil producer, is a thoughtful one and has been noted for consideration in future planning. It would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your thoughtful and constructive review. We are sorry that the crowds at Dubrovnik and other popular sites diminished your enjoyment. We recognise that the arrival of large numbers of cruise passengers can make a visit considerably less comfortable, and although this lies beyond our control, we understand why it affected your experience. We are pleased that you valued the freedom to make individual choices within the tour, appreciated the Optional Excursions, and held your Travel Directors and Coach Drivers in such high regard. Your comments on the seating arrangements at group dinners are also well taken. Long communal tables can make conversation difficult in a noisy setting, and your suggestion of smaller tables is a practical one that we shall consider. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback

Thank you for your balanced and constructive review. We are pleased that your experience was very good overall, and that your Travel Director was so highly regarded. We are sorry that the time in Rome felt insufficient, as it is a city that rewards a longer stay. Your views on the structure of the itinerary are also noted, both regarding which activities might be included rather than offered as Optional Excursions, and your observation that demonstrations with a retail element would be better presented as a matter of choice. Comments of this kind are valuable as we consider how the balance of our tours might be improved. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for your thoughtful and constructive review. We are pleased that the hotels were well located and of a good standard, and that the free day in each city gave you some opportunity to explore at your own pace. We are also grateful for your kind remarks regarding your Coach Driver and for your acknowledgement of the knowledge shown by your Travel Director. We are sorry that the arrival evening in Prague proved so uncomfortable. A progressive dinner combined with a walking tour is a considerable undertaking after a long day of travel, and in cold and wet conditions it is understandable that it detracted from your enjoyment. Your view that the event might have been rescheduled, and that greater flexibility could have been shown, is a fair one and has been noted. We also appreciate your candid comments on the brevity of the included city tours and on the Optional Excursions to neighbouring cities, which you felt took time away from exploring the main destinations more fully. Feedback of this kind is valuable in helping us consider how the balance of our itineraries might be improved. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we regret that the tour did not exceed your expectations on this occasion.
