Thank you for sharing your review of your journey through Switzerland. It is very encouraging to learn that the arrangements made through your Travel Agent proceeded so efficiently, with prompt replies from our Reservations Team. We were also pleased to read that you valued the itinerary, particularly the opportunity to stay in one location for more than a single night, and that every optional excursion proved worthwhile. We were especially glad to hear that your Travel Director's knowledge and your Coach Driver's careful handling of the winding, narrow roads made such a favourable impression, and we will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. Switzerland offers a remarkable variety of landscapes and local character, and it is gratifying to know that the tour gave you such a rewarding feel for the country. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a warm and detailed review of your first group tour, and for your kind words about the journey through Switzerland. It is very encouraging to learn that our customer service team was helpful when you enquired about availability, and that you found the whole experience, from your Travel Director and Coach Driver to the hotels, so rewarding. We will gladly pass on your appreciation to both of them. We were especially pleased to read of your Travel Director's depth of knowledge, ranging from regional culture and community life to local government, and of his attentiveness in managing your plans, Optional Excursions, tickets, dining reservations and luggage. Your Coach Driver's skill in navigating narrow streets and mountain roads, together with the rotation of seats, the new coach and its generous legroom, clearly contributed to a sense of comfort and safety. It is also gratifying that the group size suited you, that there was ample free time to explore independently, and that the hotels and Optional Excursions met with your approval. Your practical advice to future travellers about researching the destinations beforehand will be helpful to those preparing for their own journey, and it is a pleasure to know that you left with so many new friendships from around the world. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us, and for your recommendation. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the near future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you felt well cared for throughout the tour, and that you enjoyed the cities so much that you were left wishing for more time in each. We note your observation that three cities in eleven days offered only an overview, and that a smaller number of destinations would better suit your preferences in future. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pacing of the itinerary can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the Travel Directors and the history and culture of the journey so rewarding, and that the unique experiences made such a strong impression. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to learn that your experience in Scotland left you feeling so disappointed and angry. We recognise that the itinerary felt overly full, with too little time to reflect on what you had seen or to explore the Isle of Skye at your own pace. We are particularly concerned to hear that illness spread among the group and that some guests required hospital treatment. This must have been distressing, especially on a journey that you had hoped to enjoy, and we regret that your holiday was affected in this way. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that both the pacing of the itinerary and the matter of illness during the tour can be reviewed carefully. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found that your Travel Director and Coach Driver worked so well together and with a group of thirty-eight, and that their knowledge and entertaining manner left you with a good understanding of Portugal. It is also encouraging to know that the itinerary gave you such a worthwhile introduction to the country's cities that you intend to return. We also note your comment regarding a fellow guest whose conduct made matters more difficult for the group, and we appreciate your recognition of the patience and professionalism with which your Travel Director handled the situation. We regret that this affected the experience of others on the tour. Thank you once again for your comments.
