Crazy from beginning to end!

I must say it wasn't easy! Making reservations should of given me a clue since it was a challenge. Picking up tickets for some of the tours was crazy places to pick up then do yours, time...

Hi Patrick,

I’d like to thank you for taking the time out to give us this feedback. I would like to let you know that the reason we have such a system in place is because the area in front of the Eiffel tower is crowded and the guide starts the tour at the location mentioned. For Louvre, the area right outside the museum is also very crowded and it becomes difficult for our operators to coordinate due to which we have asked our customers to arrive at a nearby location in order to redeem their vouchers for their tickets. We have taken your feedback into consideration and we will try our best to make the process as customer friendly as possible.
