Firstly, I’d like to thank you for taking the time out to give us this feedback. It really does help us become better and get closer to where we want to be. We are very apologetic for this unsatisfactory experience you have had with Headout. I would like to let you know that the reason for the delay was due to the fact that the host was facing some foot traffic (NYC Traffic :/). We are currently working towards avoiding such delays going forward. We regret any inconvenience that has been caused.
