As a Debt Management Plan Protocol Compliant provider, there are three ways that we flag the availability of free advice. Firstly, it is on our website, secondly your Advisor should have made it clear on the first call you had with us. Finally, before you sign up to anything we send you a Client Authority Pack that also contains details of how to access free advice services, along with full details of the service we provide and what we charge for it.
