Dear customer, Our sincere thanks for your comments. We feel it is important to address some of the points raised. Away from our normal practices, we agreed to terms with your preferred umbrella company at your request. We requested some additional time to review these terms ahead of signing. We are obligated to liaise with all stakeholders. We waited for our customer to approve and countersign your timesheet before countersigning ourselves. This delay was due to annual leave over the summer period. The timesheet was approved by our client following this period, and subsequently by us.
