Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for us, we really appreciate it. I can see that you ordered your labels with forename and surname all on one line, whereas you have the choice to spread over two lines so this would have helped in displaying the name larger on the label. I will contact you personally to see if this is something you would like me to organise for you 😊 Kind regards Julie

Hi Kelly, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us positive feedback, we really appreciate it indeed 😊

Hi Tamara, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate and will take your comments on board. The machines shrink the text to fit within the labels so the more text, the smaller the size. There have been times in the past where we can manually print the labels so that the text will be exactly equal, however due to our success in growing the business unfortunately we have to rely on the machines due to the volumes of work. I am sorry that on this occasion you were unhappy with your product , it is not our intention 😊

Thank you so much for your positive feedback, we really appreciate it and we are delighted your parcel wasn't held up in the postal chaos!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us positive feedback, we really appreciate it especially with the delays within the postal service causing us problems! Many many thanks 😁

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you feel let down by us as this is not what we intend for our customers. The Royal Mail strikes have really hit us hard with parcels taking weeks to arrive on some occasions. We have printed and dispatched your parcel and are happy to resend free of charge but personalised items do not qualify for refunds unless they are faulty due to the costs involved during manufacturing. Please do come back to me if there is anything else I can help you with 😊 Kind regards Julie
