Hi Valerie, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your labels. I have had a look and it seems you have ordered two names all on one line instead of two, which would make the text quite small unfortunately. Our process is automatic so the machines will print as you have ordered, though there is a preview box for you to view how your labels will look. Kind regards Julie

Haven’t received the item 20 days later, regardless in the strikes it’s a lot longer than you’d expect to wait, they weren’t interested when I contacted them to raise the issue, basically just wait...

What service?

My order never arrived, and so I contacted customer services who told me “I sincerely, hope it arrives soon”. There was no offer of looking into the delivery issue or to replace the order.
