We are sorry that there were issues with your order. Looking at your order it appears that the sofa that was in stock at the time you placed the order was damaged, and we can only apologise that you were not kept informed of the progress of your order.
In order to fulfil your order with two sofas in new condition we needed to wait for stock to arrive from our supplier. The two sofas were then due to arrive into stock within 2 weeks of each other and as delivery to you was completed by a specialist furniture courier company it would have been impractical to send them separately when they arrived. We are sorry if this was not explained to you.
