We are sorry that there was an issue with your order. Unfortunately the manufacturer delivered the wrong colour to us, we can only apologise for this as occasionally mistakes are made and this was beyond our control. We did replace the sofa as quickly as possible.
With regard to your damaged flooring, we apologise that the damage occurred. We did send professionals to repair the floor and this was done to a high standard.
