Internet order form stated 7 days standard delivery. I ordered on 6-9-2013 items arrived 17-9-2013.

I can only apologise the item has scratches on, if this has not been used you may return this to us and we will be happy to exchange this for you. This is not our usual standard as all goods are checked before dispatch. Sorry if we failed on this occasion.
