Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service.
All our policies are set to automatically renew the following year however customers are able to cancel this at any time. I have spoken with our Customer Service team who have informed me that your automatic renewal has now been switched off.
I can see that you spoke with my colleague, Matt, yesterday who amended your cover.
