Hello David,
Thank you for your feedback. As our 'delivery information' states we do not offer a standard delivery service to non-UK mainland destinations and that a surcharge will apply and delivery will take longer than our standard service. Furthermore the items you ordered are not held in-stock and are only delivered direct from our supplier. However the supplier for this product will not deliver to non-mainland UK destinations at all, so we worked with you to resolve this issue and agreed to bring your items in to our warehouse and then ship them to your non-mainland destination via a 3rd party courier service. The logistics involved in completing this order were obviously a bit more complex than usual and as such a delay was inevitable, however we did strive to offer the quickest service possible for the circumstances. We will of course take your comments in to consideration and endeavor to improve our communication with our customers.
