Hope you understand that we receives hundreds of calls every day and it is very difficult for us to resolve the problem there and then. There are few factors involve before advising passengers regarding the date change – we need to contact airlines, sometime our suppliers to get the correct information which takes time. i would NEVER EVER EVER EVER USE TRAVEL UP AGAIN, the flight i paid for was nothing like the flight i got, i was totally miss sold a fligth and paid far more than i should have done, never again
