Hi, Sorry to hear that you have had a negative experince using the Audiocast M5 with an Apple product. With iTunes and Apple music, although the services will not be listed within the Orbitsound app itself, once the speaker(s) is/are set up and playback is working you should be able to use Apple  Music, iTunes, YouTube etc. You sould find on most devices (unless specifiacally blocked by Apple) that the grouped speakers will/are listed under the Airplay/Cast to button in the respective apps as long as your Wi-Fi/Speakers are connected. If you need any assistance with this or a more in depth explanation please let us know.
