Thank you for your comments, I have looked into this and indeed you were shorted on your delivery, this was a genuine error on our behalf. Following your phone call on the same day as the delivery one of our sales staff arranged for the shortage to be delivered to you at the earliest possible date, this would have been either the following day via courier providing it was reported before the cut off time to arrange this, or on our own vans should this constitute a better option. A further delivery charge would never be expected or requested.
