Service????
Prior to booking good After, non existent. I have e mailed my consultant and had no reply Have called and had no reply. Not a good start really. Maybe things will improve over next few months

Actual holiday arrangements proving well done Appreciate very busy schedule of consultants but reply to emails on date promised were slow and needed frequent reminding from us
