Steer clear
Poor follow up service. Trip cancelled and told getting a full refund 4 months later and still no refund.Have stopped responding to emails.

Zero communication
I was to take a cruise on 29th April but so far have heard nothing, obviously it’s all cancelled but would appreciate some communication as to a refund and when that can be expected.

Perhaps if your people returned phone calls and emails it would be better. I am now dreading what further things will happen and would ask for my money back if I could.

CAN'T ADD ANYMORE UNTIL I RETURN HOME FROM TRIP IN SEPTEMBER 2020
