Thank you for your review and giving us this information, I have contacted our courier company to find out that this order and been sub contracted to another company and we were not notified of this. They have also send the wrong under bed unit to you. Please accept my aplogies for thias and we will be in contact in the new year to re deliver the correct under bed on our own transport. My apologies for the courier company as this was out of our control however I will be taking this matter up with them. I know though that they will not take beds upstairs as they are not insured for this and deliveries are to front door only. Jamie Welch
