Dear Customer Thank you for your feedback. We have checked the processing of your order and note that you have already signed for the delivery of your item on the 22nd of December. We must apologies for the delay in sending your goods and for missing the special occasion. This is certainly not our intention or standard practice. Unfortunately, due to current unprecedented times, the logistical distribution are challenging at the moment with the imports and your selected items was at the border port for longer than usual before reaching our warehouse at which point it was shipped as an express delivery to you. Thank you for your patience and we are sorry that we were unable to please you on this occasion. I trust that you are happy with your delivery and the item selected. Dear Denise, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, and I apologise again for the totally unexpected and disappointing issue with your Planters. Unfortunately, we are unable to control the current situation with the backlog of customs at the border because of the Brexit and the pandemic. The artist has worked under incredibly difficult conditions to manufacture your order as they are made against individual orders. It is certainly not hers or our intention to disappoint and upset our customers. This is undoubtedly a challenging logistical task due to the circumstances affecting all businesses. We will ship it to you as express delivery as soon as the consignment arrives into our warehouse from the customs. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and I am genuinely sorry that you felt it wasn't demonstrated to you. While we'd love the opportunity to regain your trust, we understand how frustrated you must be. My deepest apologies for any inconvenience and delay caused. After working with Yure he was able to get the oher 2 planters to me miraculously before Christmas. and offered me a a partial refund or a full if I didn't want them at all. So it was worth it in the end, but it shouldn't have been so stressful to being with. I will do business with them again in the future, knowing how everything works now.
