The item rarely get delivered together. Although I have paid for the whole consignment online, I am then invoiced for follow on items and then chased for payment.

Good Afternoon, Many thanks for your feedback.
Unfortunately our website does this and this is being looked into by our web team to try and make this a better service. Going forward to stop this I would advise paying on account therefore you will only be invoiced for the items you receive at that time and you can call up and pay via card at point of invoice. Then any to follow items will be invoiced once they are back into stock and sent out to you. Hope this helps, if you have any further questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our inventory team and our procurement team our working around the clock chasing suppliers and trying to source alternatives, i do apologise if some stock lines are not available.
