The website was easy to use and they contacted me back quickly, when I ended up complaining about the hidden luggage charges.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the booking process. With regards to the booking you have made, we always show baggage-related information on our website under the tab “More information”. If the passenger has not seen the information on the website, we send the confirmation email with attached Itinerary under title “Meal and Luggage”. We also have dedicated a team to who will call/send an email to passengers to check if are aware of this. We would like to apologize again for the issue that has cropped up, but as a travel agency, our options are limited as our website picks up the lowest fare available and then provides it to the passenger who makes a search for it. Your reservation was received by us without check-in baggage, and we reached out to you to inform about the same. We contacted you regarding the same issue, and you informed our colleague that you would need to think about it as one of your co-travellers did not have to go through the process. We received your call the next day about tickets for your reservation, and we informed that we are still waiting for your decision regarding baggage. At this point, you decided to go through the reservation without check-in luggage, and the tickets were issued promptly as per your request. We did not keep your reservation on hold, rather presented you with an opportunity to add luggage at a discounted price with several other benefits.
