excellent company fights till the end
thought service was excellent even though flight company denied liability flight compensation never gave up even when the case went to court. after a year flight compensation won our case well...

Took far too long and no regular updates. For this expensive service
I feel this should not have taken 2 years as many passengers got paid out long before us also if you call for update feel like you are being a pest
