We're sorry to read that you felt our costs were too high.
We'd like to confirm that we never charge the client more than the fixed fees of 27% of the compensation and a €25 admin fee per passenger as set out in our terms and conditions, which each claimant has to sign before we can proceed.
It also may be worth mentioning that there are other legal costs and expenses associated with issuing court proceedings that we recover direct from the airline, and are not part of the EU261 compensation that we recover for you. We detail all compensation we receive to be 100% transparent and are sure to provide an explanation about the costs claimed in addition to your compensation amount.
