Thank you for your feedback from your tour on the Camino. We understand you feel you did not receive a full service which was due to a miss print on a voucher. However to make up for this error, we offered at the time to transfer your luggage to your bus. Your decision not to avail of this offer made it difficult for both parties. We take all reviews seriously and always investigate the circumstances. We are a start-up company in our 3rd year and by this very nature suffer some growing pains, such as the error on your voucher that we tried to fix.
