I loved my hotel, but I could have booked it myself. On booking.com, flights were nothing special and staff were rude, no customer service especially BA at JFK again I could book my own flights...

We have always found British Airways staff helpful and keep us up to date with what is happening. Flights and flight crew again very helpful. Overall we prefer to fly BA.
