On our way out , the seat was not very comfortable for my husband , he is 6 foot tall and could not have his legs straight while sitting.

Flights were on-time. Aircraft and cabin crew were friendly and efficient. BA onboard service for Economy passengers is a little 'light'

The flight was uncomfortable - cheap seats designed for short business flights (1 to 2 hours) unsuitable for a 4 and a half hour flight. Temperature in the cabin far too cold.
