Bag seems great, shame about the customer service, or lack of!
Postage was quick, however they are lacking customer service so wouldn’t purchase from them again and wouldn’t recommend them unfortunately.

3 weeks after order some items still not arrived.
No contact after order confirmation despite saying dispatch day would be advised. Only one of 3 items delivered by almost 3 weeks later with no explanation/contact and no response to email enquiry
