How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for your note. I see that we wrote a resume for you approximately one year ago and that you reported being very happy with it. Your current order is for the addition of a new cover letter. We completed the cover letter on Monday but you've requested that we re-tailor it to a specific job description you've just now provided and we will certainly do so this week.

Please let us know if we can be of any other assistance.

Sincerely,

Andrew A. Greenstein

Thanks you very much for your response. Yes I was very very satisfied with the services I received a year ago, but this time I expressed my needs clearly before submitting the request and did provide the document the same night I submitted my request, followed up with an email received a response stating someone would get back to me and did not hear back. Thanks for working with me to resolve

I like the way you guys summarized the resume and activities performed during my professional career however, sometime you get a bit too many mouthful's.

Hi Andrew,

I see you received your resume very recently and even wrote us an email stating that you are “deeply satisfied” with it!

Please remember it can take a little more time to land a job and largely depends on your performance at interviews and also how you market/distribute your new resume. Give us a call and we’d be happy to help you with both!

Sincerely,

Andrew Greenstein
