 We had emailed you this link to review our service but in fact, you haven’t yet received our service. As you know, the reason for this is that you haven’t shown up for multiple appointments to be interviewed. Your lead writer (Amber) has called you promptly at each day/time you’ve requested and each time she has only gotten your voice mail. You’ve acknowledged this and continually rescheduled but then been unavailable each time. Amber has emailed you after each failed attempt and we remain available to speak with you..and to complete your new resume.

  I am extremely disheartened to read your review and would certainly love to help ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your new resume. I've spent much of the morning reviewing the documents you submitted to us, the resume we've created on your behalf thus far, and the correspondence between you and the lead writer assigned to your project.

  I do see that you originally submitted an older 4 page resume to us which contained a number of key problems, wasn't very ATS-compliant, and of course...was too lengthy for your industry in today's market. (i.e. This was an aerospace program management resume which emphasized.....among other things, that you're great at using MS Office Suite!)...We spent considerable time on strategy, editing, and re-writing your submission in order to promptly turnaround a tightened, dramatically revised, & thoroughly re-worked resume. Your response was that we "...hadn't changed anything" and had "merely sent you back a copy of what you sent us." Quite surprised by this, we checked with you to ensure you were in receipt of the correct file as what we had sent to you was completely different! Literally, every single line was completely re-imagined and re-tooled while the entire structure was consolidated!!

  I would love an opportunity to discuss your new (and old) resume with you and also to help ensure that we are on the same proverbial page and can deliver a document in which you'll have great confidence. Looking at what we've done for you so far, I am extremely optimistic that using it will advance your career but I am happy to work with you further at no additional charge.

  I have thoroughly reviewed your original submission and the resume we created for you. The inclusion of buzzwords is generally considered to be a "must" in your industry and the way in which we included them was specifically designed to make your new resume ATS-compliant as your older one was not.

Hi Erik,

  Thank you for your order and for your follow-up! To clarify, we used the same spelling that you provided in your original documentation/submissions! This is not something we could reasonably have known to correct until you later advised us to do so. Consider, for example....if (hypothetically)...the correct spelling of your name was “Eric” but you submitted it to us as “Erik.” In this scenario, our writer would have no way to know that you made an error and that the correct spelling was actually “Eric.” 

  I do see that we spoke with you at length on the phone and that you voiced some concerns about the resume’s formatting. The writer and their manager promptly collaborated and created a thoroughly revised format which also featured even more powerful language. I trust you are very happy with the second version of your resume but if —for any reason you are NOT—please let me know and we’ll work with you again to improve it further..
