How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi,

Where at all possible we endeavour to display accurate seating plans and we found through customer feedback the timescale allotted to complete a booking was optimum.

As availability fluctuates tremendously per show, it would be impractical to offer the available seating for a multitude of shows/dates unfortunately.

What Trusted Customer said about See Tickets:

The tickets were available from the theatre and cost less than those advertised by them so we saved over £10. All in all it worked like clockwork despite my reservations to the contrary.
