How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Trusted Customer said about See Tickets:

It would have helped if the tickets had been sent to my address and not to someone else's address it's only for the kind lady that seen that they had been attached to hers by mistake and forwarded...

Hi Ian,

We are very disappointed to hear if there was a dispatch error with regards to the tickets initially, very pleased that despite the tickets were received and we trust you had a fantastic show. Please note that tickets are replaceable had they not been received we could have arranged replacement tickets to collect at the theatre.
