How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Didn’t inform us about the extra queue to exchange paper ticket for another

Could have informed me that I would need to queue to exchange my paper ticket for another ticket at Buckingham Palace - because of the long queue we missed our time slot turning a birthday...

Hello,

We offer our sincere apologies for any undue delay but queues are to be expected so we would always advise to allow appropriate time for queues.

Would definitely book through See again!

Easy to book, great half price tickets in the 3rd row of the stalls which were all ready for us to collect before the show.
