How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Trusted Customer said about See Tickets:

A fantastic show in a disappointing venue

The experience itself was excellent, but the venue, The Vaults smelt damp and musty which was really unpleasant!

Hello,

Glad you really enjoyed the show and we apologise if you found the venue itself to be in any way unpleasant.

Definitely for ages 3 or 4

There wasn’t that much dinosaur action (when they were on stage they were great), just a few facts, but mostly the lady jumping around telling a story. Definitely it’s for under 5’s.

Hello,

The show is geared towards a younger audience so we are disappointed if you had anything other than a fantastic show.

Great wedding anniversary celebration

The Liitle Shop of Horrors show in Regents Park outdoor theatre was great with excellent viewing from everywhere plus the Priceless hospitality event made our 24th Wedding Anniversary celebration...
