Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Online the system automatically offers you the best available seating which by rejecting, would then offer you the next best if you were seeking an alternative. For future reference though, if you make the booking over the telephone, the agent can offer you all available seating so you can choose specific seating. Thanks very much for the feedback.
