Unfortunately for all theatre shows, tickets can not always be collected in advance of the performance date, generally as in your case it is on the show date only. If you have any query for future reference, we would be able to advise you of this beforehand though.

Thanks for the feedback first of all. The ticket pricing is set by the event organisers rather than See Tickets but for this event we believe the ticket price is by no means excessive. The show's scope and production is incredibly evocative and immersive and there is really nothing similar out there which is of its ilk.
