Please note your confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase to the email address added entered online. This confirms your booking and all relevant dates, allocation etc. If you were in any way unsure as to the booking being successful we could have ascertained this via email or had you called our team directly. Our tracker can also be utilised to check the status of a booking if you are uncertain as to the purchase/ event date so can be a valuable facility for future reference.
With regards to your tickets, they would have been available for collection at the theatre from 3pm onwards on the evening of the show.
We extend our sincere apologies for any disappointment caused but reiterate we could have confirmed any query in advance of the event date had you contacted us.
