The seated system online offers you the best available selection which you can reject to be offered the next best available. If booking over the telephone though, the agent can advise all available seating so you can opt for specific seating if this is preferable. Thanks for the feedback.

Can you clarify how and which email address you contacted us via as there are no notes logged on your order advising you attempted to do so. We would point out that all transactions are non refundable in line with our terms and conditions so a refund would not have been available but we would have clarified this to you certainly.
