Thanks for taking the time to review your experience. Some lenders will divide the monthly payment by 4 and some will work out a true weekly payment (payment x 12 divided by 52). I acknowledge that the explanation of this can cause confusion. By paying weekly you are effectively shortening your loan term as you are paying an extra payment per year.
