Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great choices and service with good quality products to choose from.

Had covers made for my couch . Scatter cushions and curtains . Really please with the finished look it’s like having a whole new couch . Would defo think about using plumbs again for more furnishings...

Covers didn't fit when they arrived so they had to be sent back. Four week later still waiting with no update. They get your money and then don't seem interested
