Always efficient with payment to the vet. Let me know via text that claims are being dealt with. I cannot fault any part of their service.

Took out insurance and had to call 3 times in order to chase documentation over 7 week period.

did not understand the caller as she tended to talk very fast. but once she slowed down it got easier . If i wasnt sure i wanted to use petplan i may not have persisted.

First time of claiming , very easy to do and payment came very quickly. Thanks
