We have located your details and can confirm that we have been communicating with you regarding the return of some laminate flooring. We are currently awaiting a further response from you before we can proceed with arranging this for you. We accept returns on all flooring that has not been altered from the condition in which it is delivered. This is provided at no cost to our customers where an issue is reported. However, if it is simply the case that the product is not as expected, or if you have changed your mind, we can arrange the return for a small fee. Alternatively, you may choose to arrange pickup with a courier of your choice. We have a dedicated team available seven days a week to address enquiries of this nature.
