How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating delivery delays must have been and why you ultimately decided to cancel your order. Although the majority of our deliveries arrive within the expected timescales, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays. Our Customer Care Team was in direct contact with you following the escalation of your case, and a full refund was processed when you chose to cancel. We’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Kind Regards Suzanne Online Carpets
