How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Laura Shore said about Online Carpets:

Do NOT buy from Online Carpets unless you can lift/deliver your OWN carpet!

The carpet itself was gorgeous, but I’d NEVER buy from Onlibe Carpets again. They shipped a 100kg roll of carpet on a truck with ONE driver and said that it’s “part of their terms and conditions”...

Hello Laura, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the carpet, but we’re sorry that the delivery arrangements left you feeling disappointed. Our website explains that, as deliveries are carried out by a single driver, assistance may be required when unloading and moving larger items. However, we appreciate that this was difficult given your circumstances and understand the frustration of having to arrange additional help. A member of our Customer Care Team will be in touch with you directly to discuss your experience further. Kind Regards Suzanne Online Carpets
