I'm sorry to hear that you have had problems with the sizes of our items. I know it can be frustrating shopping online, not being able to try the items before you buy them and as you say each brand can vary in size slightly. On our Website we do try to put the specific size on each item where possible. I understand also that returning goods via the Post Office can be expensive. However we are now working with a returns company called Collect+ that charge only £3.99 per parcel to return items. With regard to the shoes having a mark on them, this would be classed as a fault and all returns postage would be refunded for sending this item back and we will happily refund the item in full or exchange them for another pair.
