When I initially booked it at the price detailed on the website I was happy. Then I got a phone call saying for some bizarre reason it has been increased

Hello Harminder we are sorry that you appear to have overlooked the booking terms when using the website, Clause 2 Online Bookings. When you select the arrangements, it is an offer from you to book at that price if available. We then have to determine with that supplier if they are and at that price. If they are your booking is confirmed. If not, you receive a call to advise you of the costs from the next supplier who unfortunately may have slightly higher rates. We hope that helps.

1 trip cancelled they held my funds. So had to rebook £90 later. The same trip was 350 cheaper everywhere else. 3 months for refund

We are somewhat confused by the content of the review as this was a rebook from a holiday previously cancelled due to Covid. It would appear that you travelled as booked on the new holiday. No refund was ever requested. We obviously cannot comment on the costs online from other agents but do find the discrepancy somewhat surprising. We regret that in this instance we have been unable to meet your expectations.

First holiday was cancelled was told 4 months for a refund. Booked again to another destination had to pay a other £90.same day as booked sith your company for 1320 the holiday was available elsewhere for around £1000...if you didnt have my funds i would of booked elsewhere. Hope thats clear enough
