We are disappointed that firstly you had to isolate and that you feel that the advice given was incorrect or flawed. We are unsure why we would need proof of the isolation instruction. We note that you also spoke with our admin Manager who gave informed advice and information. We are sure that you will appreciate that cancellation 48 hours prior to departure when all services can be provided will incur, as per the Terms and conditions, a 100% cancellation fee. If we are able to secure any rebook it is subject to supplier increases although Holiday Gems will honour our commitment to not charge any of our own admin fees. We shall request a call back from our sales manager to ensure that all options are discussed.
